Uday Kiran’s boy-next-door image

It goes without saying that Uday Kiran is one of the finest talents in the industry. In an illustrious career spanning almost a decade, the actor has been seen in various kinds of characters. He’s carved his own niche in Tollywood and proved that he’s one of the most talented actors around. The character of Uday in Manasantha Nuvve impressed everyone as he was seen in a boy-next-door avatar. The late talented actor was last seen in 2013’s Jai Sriram.

VN Aditya’s storytelling

Manasantha Nuvve has an extremely engaging screenplay (Paruchuri Brothers). VN Aditya, who makes his directorial debut with Manasantha Nuvve is definitely a name to watch out for. The ease with which he packages and delivers a sensitive film like Manasantha Nuvve is exceptional. The hard work that he has put in as a director in Manasantha Nuvve yields him rich dividends in the film. The film just does not look like being directed by a debutant director.

Performances of the lead cast

As for the performances, Manasantha Nuvve rests mostly on the shoulders of its lead cast Uday Kiran and Reemma Sen. Manasantha Nuvve, which happens to be Uday Kiran's third film (his debut being Chitram), also sees him grow superlatively as an actor. On the other hand, Reemma Sen, besides looking good, has also contributed immensely towards the film. Her performance in this film will definitely go down as one of her most memorable performances. The other actors too bring in top-notch performances in the film, which helps the film's progress in a smooth manner.

The film’s soundtrack

Mansantha Nuvve is considered one of the landmark musical hits of the early 20s. The 2001 film had eight evergreen songs composed by RP Patnaik such as Toonega Toonega, Cheppave Prema and Evarini Eppudu leave a lasting impression. Rest of the songs are also appealing and elevated the film. The USP of the film's music is that it has been integrated properly with the action. The film's cinematography (S Gopal Reddy) is superlative, it's editing (Krishna Reddy) is decent.
