Natural Star Nani’s 'Shyam Singha Roy' is on the verge of its release. And while the audience has loved the Rise of Shyam, director Rahul Sankrityan has reportedly revealed some interesting facts about the film. During the promotions of the film, he reportedly said that Nani wasn’t the original choice to play the titular role.When Rahul Sankrityan was quizzed whether Nani was the original choice for his film, he let out that the producers of the film had approached Rana Daggubati for the role. Rahul reportedly went to narrate a film to Rana and he immediately said that it was not for him. And also he rejected the offer because he was busy with other commitments. It remains to be seen whether the film proves to be their loss and Nani’s gain in the long run.'Shyam Singha Roy' is backed by Venkat Boyanapalli under the banner of Niharika Entertainment. It features Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty as the leading ladies. Nani is playing a dual role in the film, which also features Madonna Sebastian, Jisshu Sengupta, Murali Sharma, Rahul Ravindran and Abhinav Gomatam in key roles. The technical crew of this film will comprise Mickey J Meyer for music, Sanu John Varghese for cinematography and Navin Nooli for editing. 'Shyam Singha Roy' will release on December 24, 2021.
