Imman, who usually comes up with a rocking kuthu number will also surprise the audience with an equally soothing melodious number in his films. This song is one such all time favourite melodious song and all other songs in the film also was said to be good by the critics.

Anirudh: Kaththi
Anirudh said recently that one of his favourite albums is Kaththi. Selfie Pulla, Aathi, Pakkam are some of the hit numbers in the film.Kaththi's theme song also was as popular as the songs. Selfie Pulla sung by Vijay turned out to be Vijay's best songs so far. Anirudh's electrifying background score and mass numbers are one of the key factors for Kaththi's commercial success.

Santhosh Narayanan: Madras
Santhosh Narayanan has a classy touch to all his songs and Madras undoubtedly has that touch. Naan Nee, Madras intro song, Aagayam Theepiditha are some of the interesting numbers composed by Santosh. The wall theme music took the film altogether to a different level. Santhosh Narayanan's music was the backbone of Madras.

AR Rahman: Kaaviya Thalaivan
Rahman's songs have never been immediately accepted right after the release of the album. The same thing happened to Kaaviya Thalaivan too. While critics say Rahman's magic is missing in this album, slowly and steadily the songs reached out to the music lovers and later most of the numbers from this film turned out to be hits.
