'Vettaiyan'

Rajinikanth starrer 'Vettaiyan' is surely the major release of October, and the highly-anticipated film to release on October 10. Gearing up for a pan-Indian release, 'Vettaiyan' is set to dominate the box office across locations, and the film is anticipated to recreate box office records. Rajinikanth plays a brave cop in TJ Gnanavel's directorial, while the film also has Amitabh Bachchan, Manju Warrier, Rana Daggubati, Fahadh Faasil, Dushara Vijayan, and Ritika Singh among others in pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander is scoring the music, and the film's promotions are on.

'Amaran'

'Amaran' featuring Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role is announced to release this Diwali on October 31. Sivakarthikeyan is positioned to extend his box office territory with 'Amaran' and the film is to release in Hindi along with Tamil and Telugu versions. Directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, 'Amaran' will narrate the life story of the late Major Mukund Varadharajan, and it's an action entertainer fold with untold stories. Sai Pallavi plays the female lead and the film has music scored by GV Prakash Kumar.

'Brother'

After the successful 'Siren' this February, Jayam Ravi is gearing up to deliver his second film of 2024, and the actor's 'Brother' to release for this Diwali. Directed by M Rajesh, 'Brother' is reported to be a romantic drama that will also deal with brother and sister sentiment. Priyanka Mohan plays the female lead, while Bhumika Chawla plays the lead actor's sister to take a crucial role. Harris Jayaraj is scoring the music, while the film's songs are doing well on musical platforms.

'Bloody Beggar'

Directed by debutant Sivbalan, 'Bloody Beggar' features Kavin in the main role, and the film is announced to release this Diwali. Kavin plays a versatile role in 'Bloody Beggar' and he is anticipated to explore his skills well through the upcoming film. 'Bloody Beggar' is reported to be a comedy entertainer, and the film also has several popular faces in crucial roles.

'Vanangaan'

Bala, the director popular for his unique filmmaking, is next set to deliver 'Vanangaan' featuring Arun Vijay in the lead role. After failing to find a release date in August, 'Vanangaan' is likely to hit the big screens this October and we can expect an official release date soon. Roshini Prakash plays the female lead, and the film's songs are composed by GV Prakash Kumar, while Sam CS takes care of the background score.
