'Vikram' - 1986

The 1986 action-adventure 'Vikram' which was directed by Rajasekhar, features Kamal Haasan, Sathyaraj, Amjad Khan, Ambika, Dimple Kapadia, Lizy, Charuhasan and Janagaraj. In this film, computers were used to record songs for the very first time in Kollywood, and the music of the film was scored by Ilayaraja.

Bharathan has directed the rural action drama 'Thevar Magan', while the story of the film was written by Kamal Haasan. This was the first that a screenplay writing software was used for the first time in Tamil cinema.
