Mollywood’s ‘Complete Actor’ Mohanlal was pretty busy this week. The superstar was engaged with the pre-production works of his maiden directorial venture ‘Barroz: Guardian of D'Gama's Treasure’. The film is expected to start rolling in a few days. The actor also stole the limelight as he took the first jab of the COVID-19 vaccine this week.

Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming film with Rosshan Andrrews has been titled as ‘Salute’. The team revealed the title and also launched the first look poster this week. Dulquer Salmaan is playing a cop in the film and the actor appeared in the garb of the police officer. And it made headlines for all the right reasons.

Tovino Thomas was having a hectic schedule this week. The actor was simultaneously shooting for two movies - ‘Naradan’ and ‘Minnal Murali’. ‘Naradan’ was shot in Kumily, Kerala and the location of his second film ‘Minnal Murali’ was in Hassan, Karnataka. He had to shoot during the day for ‘Naradan’ and night was dedicated to ‘Minnal Murali’ shoot and the actor was traveling by helicopter.

The actor has completed filming for ‘Bhramam’, the remake of the Bollywood film Andhadhun. ‘Bhramam’ is helmed by ace cinematographer Ravi K Chandran and upon wrapping up the shoot, the filmmaker shared that it was a delight working with Prithviraj. “Directing one of the most talented actors of Indian cinema and a super successful @therealprithvi,” Ravi K Chandran said in his social media post.

Mollywood’s lady superstar Manju Warrier will be soon venturing into Hindi cinema. Recent reports suggest that Manju Warrier will be marking her Bollywood debut with ‘Ameriki Pandit’. R Madhavan has apparently roped in to play one of the lead characters alongside Manju Warrier. According to the reports, the film is helmed by newbie Kalpesh and the movie went on floors in Bhopal.
