The makers of the highly awaited crime thriller ‘Drishyam 3’, directed by Jeethu Joseph and starring Mohanlal, have unveiled the film’s teaser. Released on Wednesday, the video offers a glimpse into the life of Georgekutty, essayed by the Malayalam superstar, who now appears more rattled than confident.

Teaser of ‘Drishyam 3’

The teaser begins by revisiting key moments from the first two films. In the first part, Georgekutty says, “I am just an ordinary man. My world is small, and it comprises only my wife and my children.” He speaks about protecting his family from danger.

Second part recap

The second part is narrated from the perspective of the police. A voice says, “It’s like a case that is closed but will never truly close. Actually, it was not us who were watching him—he was the one watching us.” This highlights how sharp and composed Georgekutty once was, always staying calm and in control of every situation.

A changed and fearful Georgekutty

In this teaser, however, things feel different. Georgekutty is seen praying in a church and reflects, “This battle of mine began the day I was born. I had no one to call my own. After years of struggle, I built a family for myself. When a moment came that could shatter it, I acted without thinking about the repercussions.
In the process, I did not realise how many people I had hurt. Now, I am scared, sir. I don’t know who else is out there watching.
