Makers of the long-awaited movie 'Popcorn Monkey Tiger' directed by Duniya Suri starring Dolly Dhananjaya have finally announced the release date of the movie. The film will be released on February 21, on the occasion of the Mahashivratri festival. Dhananjaya will be acting in a role with different shades in the movie, which is produced by Sudhir K M under Studio 18. Suri and Amri (Amritha K Bhargav) have written the story for this one. Dhananjaya, who has been part of the Duniya Suri project before in the hit movie 'Tagaru', is playing the lead role in ‘Popcorn Monkey Tiger’. Dhananjaya who had played a negative role in the movie ‘Tagaru’ has earned huge fame after playing Dolly. Director Suri who had given Dhananjaya a different role in ‘Tagaru’, has written a unique character for this movie too.

Dhananjaya, who started his career playing supporting roles, recently played the lead role in the movie ‘Bhairava Geetha’. Now, he is again playing the lead role in ‘Popcorn Monkey Tiger’. The songs and trailer have also created huge expectations from the movie. Music director Charan Raj has composed the music and the team has already released a song ‘Maadeva’, which has English lyrics in the entire song. Dhananjaya’s character in the teaser and trailer has surprised the audience. Director Suri has shown the raw flavour of violence, murder, blood, crimes, and alcohol, and the film is expected to carry the same essence throughout.
