Gauri Khan

Celebrity interior designer, Gauri Khan, owns a beautiful restaurant called Torii in Bandra, Mumbai. The restaurant blends Asian and Latin cuisine to offer its guests a unique and special experience. Designed by Gauri herself, the restaurant reflects her class and fine taste for lifestyle. And while she has designed the resto, Chef Stefan Gadit puts together the menu with sushi, dim sum, Yakiniku Lobster, Truffle ramen, and creative cocktails inspired by Asian flavours. Tarot cards on the tables and a live sushi counter add to the uniqueness of the restaurant.

Asha Bhosle

Legendary singer Asha Bhosle has found a chain of contemporary Indian restaurants. The first outlet opened in Dubai and since then has further expanded to various international locations, such as, UK, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Abu Dhabi. The restaurant offers a blend of traditional North-Indian cuisine with modern influences. Some of the signature dishes include, Dal Makhni, Tandoori Chicken Tikka, Mushroom Kurkure, Chocolate Truffle Cake. The restaurant also offers a variety of mocktails, biryanis, and lobster preparations, catering to diverse palates.

​Suniel Shetty

Suniel Shetty was one of the very first celebrities to delve into the hospitality sector. He’s known for his action packed roles in the 90s and early 2000s. He owned a restaurant and bar called H2O in Mumbai. It was located in the popular location of Bandra, the place had since become a famous hangout spot for celebrities and city’s youth alike.

After its successful run, he closed the doors for H2O and reopened the restaurant with a different name, Little Italy. The restaurant now serves authentic Italian cuisine and caters to the fine tastes of celebrities and general public alike.

Veteran actor Dharmendra, fondly known as Bollywood’s original He-Man, owns a restaurant called He-Man in Karnal, Haryana. The restaurant offers authentic North Indian food. The interior has the posters and pictures of his films, offering a sense of nostalgia to the patrons.

The restaurant is famous for it’s farm-to-fork concept. They offer a pure vegetarian menu by utilising the vegetables grown on-site, aiming to provide nutritious and healthy meals.

Following his father's footsteps, Bobby Deol also invested into the hospitality sector and owns a restaurant & lounge called Someplace Else in Mumbai. The place offers a mix of North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes.

Signature dishes include Thecha Murgh, Wok-Tossed Chilli Chicken, and a variety of gourmet pizzas like Arugula and Basil Pesto. The restaurant is also high in demand because of the excellent selection of wines and spirits, complimented by a well stocked bar.

It is known for it’s relaxed ambience and quirky decor.
