Mumbai Magistrate court rejects bail applications of Aryan Khan and 2 others

The Narcotics Control Bureau's custody of superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan ends today. ASG and senior advocate Satish Maneshinde argue over NCB's application over maintainability of bail hearing. Maneshinde tries reading section 437 of the CrPC. ASG objects as he wants maintainability of the application to be decided first. ASG further states, "Why am I saying it not maintainable..as all these offences are exclusively triable by the special NDPS court." Court states, "We are on the point on deciding the application."
