Teenage romance
At the age of 18, Shah Rukh Khan fell for the love of his life Gauri Khan, who was all of 14 at that time. As teenagers, the duo crossed paths at a party. It is a much publicized fact that Shah Rukh Khan would later call Gauri, pretending to be her female friend. This teenage lovestory soon translated into a mushy romance.

Wedding bells
Gauri Khan was reportedly not too keen on SRK’s career in films. Once a fight between the two led to Gauri arriving in Mumbai without informing Shah Rukh Khan. The man followed his lady and the couple reportedly made peace at a beach in Mumbai. And what followed was a memorable wedding on October 25, 1991. Shah Rukh Khan reportedly borrowed a suit from the sets of ‘Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman’ for the wedding.

Proud parents
Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan turned parents to Aryan, on November 13, 1997. The couple welcomed their second child, daughter Suhan Khan on May 22, 2000. Nearly a decade later, SRK and Gauri welcomed son AbRam Khan on May 27, 2013. He was born through surrogacy. Previously, Shah Rukh Khan had revealed how Aryan has no plans to get into acting while Suhana Khan has been preparing hard and is keen to pursue a career in front of the camera.
