The shooting of the biopic on the controversial cricketer, Mohammad Azharuddin titled 'Azhar' is underway. The movie will have Emraan Hashmi essaying the role of the cricketer, while Nargis Fakhri, Prachi Desai and Lara Dutta in pivotal roles. And looks the filming of the movie is taking a toll on Nargis' health. According to a report on Mid-Day, the actress collapsed while shooting for a song sequence and a doctor had to be called. A source told Mid-Day, "The film's shoot wrapped up a while ago, but the makers wanted to film an additional song which is the recreation of the popular song 'Oye Oye' from 'Tridev' (1989). The actress was filming the sequence at a film studio yesterday when, suddenly she collapsed and a doctor had to be called. Nargis was running high fever as well and the unit had to pack up. This ended up costing a loss of around Rs 35-40 lakh to the makers." When Mid-Day contacted Nargis, the actress said that she was ecstatic to shoot the song, but suddenly felt giddy and uneasy while filming. She further said that a doctor was indeed called to sets and since her fever had shot up and she headed home for the day. However, the actress said that she will be back to shooting the very next day since the film's release is a month way. Now, that's some dedication girl! On the 155th birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, two films are released in theatres. Nitish Mukherjee, the director of 'Char Adhyay', based on Tagore's short story was released on May 6. According to report in TheIndianExpress.com, Mukherjee said he had tried to retain the spirit of Tagore's original work. Another film based on Tagore's short story, 'Post Master' will also be released this month. 'Post Master', directed by debutant filmmaker Srijon Bardhon, was screened in the last Delhi International Film Festival.Srijon said, 'I have set the backdrop in the rural Bengal of the 70s and and in my film the 13-year-old rural girl Ratan grew a little older.Interestingly, both stories had been turned into films before, and Satyajit Ray has directed 'Post Master' which formed one of the three films in the classic 'Teen Kanya', 'Manihara' and 'Samapti'.
