Dastak (1996)

The film follows the life of Miss Universe Sushmita Sen, who plays herself, as she becomes the target of a psychotic stalker’s obsession. Mukul Dev portrays a determined police officer assigned to protect her. Dastak marked Mukul’s debut and showcased his talent and ability to portray an intense, layered character. His action sequences in the film earned him critical acclaim.

R… Rajkumar (2013)

The film follows Shahid Kapoor in a titular hero role, who battles for love and injustice. In this action-packed movie, Mukul Dev plays the role of Qamar Ali, a secondary antagonist. This movie showcased his ability to play cunning and intimidating roles. His commanding and menacing presence elevated the confrontational scenes of the movie.

Set against the backdrop of family reunions and mistaken identities, this classic movie blends comedy, action and drama. The story follows Paramveer Singh, a Canada-based NRI who reunites with his estranged father Dharam Singh and younger brother Gajodhar Singh, who are con artists in India. Mukul Dev played the role of Gurmeet 'Billa' Singh Brar, is of a small-time gangster who gets entangled in the family’s antics. His porthole of Billa provided comic relief in the movie and showcased his versatility as an actor.

​Iski Topi Uske Sarr (1998)

The movie follows the story of three orphans, Raj, Jai and Millie, who are taken in by a kind-hearted woman, Gayetri. As they grow up, Raj and Jai get entangled in the criminal world and become small-time conmen, while Millie dreams of a better future. They land themselves in serious trouble as things go wrong when they try to con an underworld crime don. Mukul Dev's portrayal of Raj achieves a blend of charm, humor, and a hint of mischief, in the movie. Raj is a likeable and realistic character because of his portrayal of a street-smart con artist, which deepens the story of the movie.
