Kartik Aaryan reportedly fell for his 'Pati Patni Aur Woh' co-star Ananya Panday after moving on from Sara Ali Khan. On a recent episode of ‘Koffee with Karan’, the filmmaker had pointedly asked Ananya if she was dating Kartik Aaryan earlier, to which the actress had maintained, “We are just good friends." She also added, “I don't think about the past."

After Sara Ali Khan confessed her crush on Kartik Aaryan, they almost immediately crossed paths as Ranveer Singh played cupid. Taking their offscreen romance onscreen, Kartik and Sara were cast as lovers by Imtiaz Ali. But soon after they wrapped the shoot of 'Love Aaj Kal', Kartik and Sara parted ways.

After having shared the frame in films like 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama', 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2' and 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety', Kartik Aaryan and Nushrratt Bharuccha were said to be in a relationship. However, the actor quashed the rumours and said that they share an "amazing relationship". Kartik had denied dating Nushrratt and said, “It is a very friendly relationship that we have. We have been working together for a pretty long time.”
