Every 90’s kid has grown up watching Bollywood actor Fardeen Khan’s films. He was known for his chocolate boy looks, charming smile and uber-cool attitude. Despite being Feroz Khan’s son, he carved a niche for himself through hard work and determination. In the last few years, the audience hasn't seen much of the actor on the screen. Fardeen Khan was born on March 8, 1974, to Feroz and Sundari Khan. He was schooled at Jamnabai Narsee in Juhu and completed his education in business management (B.A) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the United States. To pursue his love for acting, Fardeen underwent training at Kishore Namit Kapoor’s Acting Institute.

Mumtaz's daughter, Natasha Madhwani, and Fardeen Khan's love story began at an early stage. Fardeen apparently proposed to Natasha on a flight from London to the US. The childhood lovers tied the knot in December 2005. Fardeen and Natasha are parents to a girl named Diani Isabella Khan and a boy named Azarius.

Fardeen Khan marked his debut in Bollywood with ‘Prem Aggan’, which hit the screens in 1998. He also won the Filmfare Best Debut Award for his performance in this film, which was directed by his father Feroz Khan. Fardeen Khan entertained his fans with hits like ‘Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega’, ‘Bhoot’, ‘No Entry’, ‘Janasheen’, ‘Heyy Babyy’, ‘All the Best – Fun Begins, to name a few.

In May 2016, Fardeen faced flak for gaining weight but battling all odds. The actor ensured that he got back in shape. In an interview with ETimes, Fardeen had opened up about his weight loss journey and physical transformation. “I had stepped back then. I was happy. It was this year that I wasn't feeling 25 anymore. I wanted to feel 25 physically. As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection. I came across this in some reading I was doing. I started eating right and healthy coupled it with correct workouts. I have lost 18 kg in the last six months, but 35 per cent journey is yet to go in this aspect. In the work that we do in our industry, you are expected to look your best, and you indeed want to look your best,” He shared

London dreams

Since ong, Fardeen and his family have moved base to London. Revealing the reason behind the decision, Fardeen had told ETimes, "We moved to London purely because we were facing challenges in having kids. I wanted to be the major support to my wife in that phase. Also, when I saw my bundles of joy, I wanted to take my own sweet time and spend time with them. My daughter is now 7. My son is 3."
