Animal, Shamshera, Brahmastra - Ranbir Kapoor’s biggest releases after marriage with Alia Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor is back to work within days of his wedding with Alia Bhatt. The actor was spotted outside a production house recently and is expected to report on sets too. Ranbir has multiple schedules planned in the coming months, here’s taking a look at Ranbir Kapoor’s biggest releases post wedding.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga helmed ‘Animal’ will feature Ranbir Kapoor in a never-before-seen avatar. The actor will also undergo a physical transformation for the same. Ranbir will romance Rashmika Mandanna in this entertainer. ‘Animal’ also stars Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. The film is slated for release on August 11, 2023.

Experimenting with the sci-fi genre, Ranbir Kapoor will be seen essaying Shiva in ‘Brahmastra’. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, this fantasy adventure is planned as a trilogy. Ranbir Kapoor will romance Alia Bhatt for the first time in 'Brahmastra', which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles. ‘Brahmastra’ has been in the making since a few years and is slated for release on September 9, 2022.

Ranbir Kapoor has signed up for a romantic comedy with filmmaker Luv Ranjan. He has extensively shot for the movie in Delhi with his leading lady, Shraddha Kapoor. Luv Ranjan has roped in Boney Kapoor to play Ranbir’s father in this film. Ranbir resumed work on this film post his wedding. This yet untitled movie is slated for release on March 8, 2023, coinciding with the festival of Holi.

Apart from a romantic comedy and a sci-fi drama, Ranbir has also signed up for an action entertainer. The actor will be seen essaying the lead in ‘Shamshera’. Helmed by Karan Malhotra, this film promises to feature Ranbir in a never-before-seen action hero role. Ranbir Kapoor’s lead act will be supported by Sanjay Dutt, Vaani Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana among others.
