Students who appeared for the examinations will be able to check and download their marksheets through official websites, mobile applications, and alternative methods such as SMS and IVRS services.
Checking results through official websites
Once declared, students can access their results by visiting the official CBSE result portals, including results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. To view their scores, candidates will need to enter details such as roll number, school number, admit card ID, date of birth, and security PIN.
The result page will display subject-wise marks along with overall performance details. Students are advised to download and retain a copy for future reference.
Access via DigiLocker and UMANG app
CBSE has enabled digital access to marksheets through DigiLocker. Students with linked APAAR IDs will find their documents automatically available under the ‘Issued Documents’ section after login.
Those without APAAR IDs can create accounts by entering school-issued access codes and verifying their mobile numbers. After activation, documents including marksheets and certificates can be downloaded in digital format.
Results can also be accessed through the UMANG app. Students need to log in using their mobile number, search for CBSE services, select their class, and enter the required credentials to view their scorecard.
SMS and IVRS options for students
In addition to online platforms, CBSE has provided alternative methods for accessing results. Students can check their scores via SMS by sending a message in the prescribed format, including roll number, date of birth, school number, and centre number, to the designated number.
The board has also enabled an IVRS facility. Students in Delhi can call 24300699, while those in other regions can dial 011-24300699 to receive their results through voice response.
Important instructions and post-result process
Students are advised to keep their credentials ready to avoid delays, especially in case of heavy website traffic. Digital marksheets available through official platforms are valid for immediate use.
After the results are declared, candidates dissatisfied with their scores can apply for verification or re-evaluation. Those who do not meet the minimum passing criteria in one or two subjects will be eligible to appear for supplementary examinations scheduled around July.
CBSE has reiterated that only prescribed examination fees should be collected by schools and has issued strict warnings against any unauthorised charges during administrative processes such as LOC submission.
