CBSE Class 10 Second Board Result 2026: How Students Can Check Scores And Download MarksheetsThe CBSE Class 10 Second Board Examination Result 2026 is expected to be released soon, although the Central Board of Secondary Education has not yet announced an official date or time for the declaration. The result will be issued for students who appeared in the Phase 2 examinations conducted from May 15, 2026 to May 21, 2026.Once released, candidates will be able to access their results through several online and digital platforms. The board has arranged multiple channels to ensure students can obtain their scorecards and academic documents without difficulty.Official websites to provide result accessStudents can check their results through the designated CBSE portals, including cbseresults.nic.in, results.cbse.nic.in and cbse.gov.in. The result link will become active after the board publishes the outcome.To access the scorecard, candidates will be required to enter details such as Roll Number, School Number and Admit Card ID. Depending on the platform used, additional information including date of birth and security PIN may also be requested.DigiLocker and UMANG to offer digital documentsApart from the official websites, students can obtain their results through DigiLocker and the UMANG application. These platforms will provide access to digital marksheets and certificates issued by CBSE.The digitally verified documents can be used for admissions and verification processes immediately after publication of the results. Original documents will be supplied separately through schools at a later stage.Alternative methods available for studentsCBSE has also made alternative result-checking facilities available. Students may access their results through SMS services, DigiLocker, UMANG and IVRS or telephone-based systems.The SMS facility allows candidates to receive result information by sending a message in the prescribed format containing details such as roll number, school code and centre number.Details and abbreviations students should knowThe online marksheet is expected to contain information including the student's name, parents' names, school name, roll number, date of birth, subject codes, subject-wise marks, grades, total marks and qualifying status.Students may also encounter abbreviations on the result sheet. R.L. denotes Result Later, N.E. means Not Eligible, R.W. indicates Result Withheld, ABST refers to absence from the examination, COMP denotes a compartment case, UFM signifies Unfair Means, XXXX indicates an improvement category, SJD stands for Subjudice and N.R. means Not Registered.CBSE awards grades under a nine-point grading system ranging from A1 to D2, while grade E signifies the need to reappear. To pass a subject, candidates must secure at least 33 per cent marks. Students should verify all information printed on their marksheet and contact their schools or CBSE in case any discrepancy is noticed.
