CM unveils Gorakhpur civic body’s Vision 2047 roadmap
Gorakhpur: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday unveiled the Gorakhpur Municipal Corporation’s ‘Vision Document 2047’, outlining a roadmap for transforming the city into a self-reliant and modern urban centre.
The document incorporates details of development works executed by the corporation in the past, ongoing projects and plans aimed at strengthening civic infrastructure and governance.
According to officials, the blueprint focuses on technology-driven solutions to address future urban challenges and improve civic services in accordance with global standards.
Mayor Manglesh Srivastava, deputy chairman of municipal executive committee, Pawan Tripathi; municipal commissioner, Gaurav Singh Sogarwal; councillors Dharmadev Chauhan, Rishi Mohan Verma and Veer Singh Sonkar, along with other senior municipal officials were present on the occasion.
