Nearly 83,000 seats reserved under the 25% RTE quota will be distributed among about 1.8 lakh eligible applicants. The allotment process will be carried out online by the office of the director of primary education, with parents being notified via their registered mobile numbers. This year, around 2.4 lakh applications were submitted during the window from April 4 to April 17, which was later extended to April 23. After scrutiny, 54,588 applications were rejected, while 2,034 were disqualified due to incomplete documentation. In total, 1,85,878 applications have been approved for the admission process. Students allotted seats in the first round will have to confirm admission by visiting their respective schools with the required documents.
