Chikni Chameli: Katrina Kaif might have won hearts with her Lavani act in this item song from Karan Johar's film Agneepath, but she could not match Madhuri Dixit's expertise in Humko Aajkal Hai. Being a Marathi, Madhuri knows the moves, expressions and gestures of Lavani dance very well. She knows her pelvic thrusts well. While Katrina was too stiff in the song, Madhuri could have done complete justice to the song.

Kajra Re: While Aishwarya Rai’s seductive courtesan act in this item song from Bunty aur Bubli won many hearts, we felt that the actress could have done better. When you’re dancing with the famous baap-beta jodi of Amitabh and Abhishek Bachchan, you have to have that added sex appeal, be fast on your feet, have that nakhre and aadaein, and should know how to sway with the music. We are not saying that Aishwarya was bad, but we think Madhuri Dixit could have done a better job. She can not only dance well but also knows the correct expressions.

Babuji Zara Dheere Chalo: Though Yana Gupta was very sexy in this item number from the Vivek Oberoi-starrer Dum, we think it missed the aadaien and nazakat that Madhuri Dixit could have brought. The song was peppy, had fast beats and was very colourful. Though the original song had Yana's raw sex appeal, Madhuri would have added that extra Bollywood masala. Madhuri would have suited more in this song because of her Indian looks, her pelvic thrusts and her aadaein. What say?

Chamma Chamma Baaje Re: Urmila Matondkar rocked in this classic item song from China Gate and we give her full marks for being able to match the fast beats of the song. The actress is looking very pretty in the gypsy attire. However, had this song been done by the dancing queen of Bollywood, she would have added her own style. She could have danced melodiously to the fast beats and would have given seductive expressions as well. Also Urmila was a bit hard and robotic in the dance, something that Madhuri could have easily avoided.

Anarkali Disco Chali: Malaika Arora’s super seductress act in this item song from Houseful 2 topped the popularity charts for many weeks. In this song Malaika seduced two elder actors, Mihtun Chakraborty and Boman Irani with her unending charm. While Malaika was very sexy and seductive in the songs, she lacked the grace, finesse and expressions that Madhuri could have added. Madhuri, the dancing diva of B-Town, is not only a proficient dancer but a master in expressions. She would have done complete justice to the song.

Chaiyya Chaiyya: Imagine Madhuri Dixit dancing on top of a moving train. Sounds exciting? Well it could have been. The original song from the movie Dil Se had Shah Rukh Khan and Malaika Arora dancing to this Sufi number on top of a moving train. Considered as one of the most popular songs of Bollywood till date, the song had excellent music, masti and the uniqueness of being shot on top of a train. Had Madhuri and SRK done this song together, it would have broken all records.

Ram Chahe Leela: This hot item number can be easily called as Priyanka Chopra’s most sexy act till now. The actress, who was looking hot in a revealing white dress, has moved her body rhythmically to the melodious song. The song features Priyanka as a nautch girl signing about the relationship between Ram and Leela. Though we think Priyanka did a marvelous job in this song, dancing diva Madhuri could have upped the oomph factor had she danced to this song that was choreographed by Hollywood choreographer Emmanuel Arman.

Taal Se Taal Mila: A melodious song from the movie Taal saw the ravishing Aishwarya Rai in a white dress dancing in rain. Though Aishwarya looked ethereal in this song, she did not dance much. Had Madhuri done this number, she would have done some sensational, classical dance moves in this song. She would have been delicate and sensuous in this song. Sorry Ash. While Ash was good, Madhuri could have been better.

Aaja Ve Mahi Tera Rasta: While Ashwini Bhave did a decent job in this song from Heena, she could not bring the correct emotions and expressions on her face. The actress looked lovely in the white and golden dress and did a beautiful dance. However, she could not handle the dance moves and expressions together. Had this song been done by Madhuri, her eyes would have done all the talking. What say?

Radha tera thumka: The gorgeous Alia Bhatt stole our hearts with her thumkas in this peppy song from Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year. However, she lacked the grace that her senior Madhuri Dixit could have brought to the song. Madhuri has done several songs in this genre and she could have done a fantastic job romancing the two young actors, giving the perfect expressions while shaking her hips to this peppy and upbeat number.
