Inside Stable Ronaldo and Lacy’s viral livestream about MrBeast’s Beast Games premiere and the drama surrounding it

On January 6, 2025, a short clip circulating on X involving Stable Ronaldo and Nick Lacy went viral, where they appeared frustrated outside the Beast Games Season 2 premiere. The video suggested they were removed from the event by MrBeast’s security team, which immediately caught fans’ attention.

While the viral clip implied that security kicked them out, instances from Stable Ronaldo’s full livestream showed that it was all scripted and planned out. Earlier in the stream, Lacy openly discussed the idea of framing the situation to draw attention online. The performative act, as well as Ronaldo’s convincing behavior later on, added to the fun factor of the whole situation.

Livestream context suggests the incident was exaggerated rather than an actual removal

At the beginning of the stream, Lacy devised a plan to grab the attention of MrBeast. He said, “Wait, wait, wait, I'm not going to lie, we can have an elite-level farm right now. We can be like, 'Oh, they didn't let us back in, we got kicked out!' And then it'll get posted, and MrBeast will see it and be like, 'Damn! That's why they're not there.'

That context changes how the viral clip should be interpreted. Stable Ronaldo put up an incredibly believable act where he narrates how the security removed their wristbands, and they got kicked out. He said, “How do we go to the MrBeast event, right? Someone there took off our wristbands... because we're streaming. So, like, and then we get kicked out…”



Another moment from the stream also fueled online chatter, including Ronaldo’s reaction to a security guard wearing a dog mask. He said, “Nah, he's got to move eventually. I'm not going to touch these. No way. Why has every person got, like, these dog on?" He questioned MrBeast about dressing his guards in that manner and called them freaky.

When taken together, the clips certainly depict that the streamers were not officially kicked out but leaned into exaggeration for engagement and to attract MrBeast.
