Nawazuddin Siddiqui

While Saif Ali Khan raised the bar to the next level with a stupendous performance in the popular web show 'Sacred Games', it was Nawazuddin Siddiqui's villainous act that kept us all glued to the screens. The sheer brilliance with which he essayed the character of Ganesh Gaitonde, a popular crime lord back of his time, won over the audience with his stunning act. Not only that but Nawaz, who called this role as one of the most complex characters even managed to leave a mark with his splendid sinister performance in the history of Indian digital releases.

Pankaj Tripathi

Charismatic actor Pankaj Tripathi, who won a Special Mention at the 65th National Film Awards for his performance in 'Newton' left the audience in splits with his hilarious performances in films like 'Fukrey', 'Lukka Chuppi' and many others but managed to pull off the ominous character of Akhandanand Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya in 'Mirzapur' with ease. His astounding performance was hailed by all as he left everyone on the edge of their seats with his splendid display of versatility. The impressive performance by Tripathi and other supporting casts along with the popularity of the character has now paved way for the next season which is expected to release soon.

Vivek Oberoi

Indian sports drama 'Inside Edge' which featured many known Bollywood names like Richa Chada, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Angad Bedi and Sayani Gupta also marked the way for renowned Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi on the digital platform. While the show was loved by all for his intriguing storyline, Vivek Oberoi managed to steal the thunder with his shades of darkness that his character had to offer. His menacing character of Vikrant Dhawan was also hailed by critics as the show gave us the glimpse of what happens behind the closed doors of the glorious world of cricket.

Vir Das

With films like 'Go Goa Gone', 'Delhi Belly' and others under his belt, Vir Das, who has featured on many web shows on the digital platform finally makes his debut as an actor with dark comedy web-series 'Hasmukh'. The show which revolves around his character also features Ranvir Shorey and Ravi Kishen, who leave no stone unturned in putting their best foot forward. Hasmukh, a small town budding standup artist, who kills people before his performance to gain his mojo to put up an impressive act in front of the audience, surely gave us a glimpse of Vir's never seen before side. The talented actor, who is known for his comic timings, has put his best foot forward with 'Hasmukh'.

R. Madhavan

Popularly known for his lovable character of Maddy from 'Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein', R. Madhavan too has given digital space a try when he decided to team up with Amit Sadh for 'Breathe'. The show which revolves around a father-son relationship showcases Madhavan's character going to the very extent of killing people to save his kid, who has weak lungs. Madhavan's gradual shift into the shades of grey was appreciated by the audience.
