The last few days have seen a host of celebs grace the red carpet at the launch of a leading cultural centre in Mumbai, and pics and videos of the same are giving us major FOMO! While we can't physically reach out to our favourite stars, we can in fact, watch them from the comfort of our screens, as the month of April seems power packed with OTT shows that promise to deliver a punch full of entertainment. Here is what you can look forward to, this month...

Jubilee

Set parallel to the evolution of both India and the movies, Jubilee unveils the stories and dreams that gave birth to the Hindi film industry as we know it. Set against the backdrop of the golden age of Indian cinema, Jubilee is a thrilling yet poetic tale woven around an ensemble of characters and the gambles they are willing to take, in pursuit of their dreams, passion, ambition and love. The series, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Aparshakti Khurana in lead roles. It will start streaming on a leading OTT platform from April 7.

Indian Matchmaking, Season 3

The documentary-style reality TV show, directed by Smriti Mundhra, has become one of the most watched, trolled and discussed shows on OTT. Part satirical, part comic, but mostly realistic, the show takes us through the life of eligible Indians all across the world, looking for a suitable partner. In the world of dating apps, Sima Taparia, who always introduces herself as Sima from Mumbai, steps in as the traditional matchmaker and tries to fix them up, but not without advising them to 'compromise' and 'adjust'. The series will start streaming from April 21 on a leading OTT platform.

Tooth Pari: When Love Bites

India's version to the Twilight movie series and The Vampire Diaries is here! The show, based on the love story of a human dentist and vampire, stars Shantanu Maheshwari and Tanya Maniktala in the lead roles. The series stars Tanya as a rebellious vampire with a broken tooth, who meets and falls in love with a shy dentist in Kolkata, but , human and mystical forces strive to keep them apart. Directed by Pratim D. Gupta, the series will start streaming from April 20.

Citadel

This much-anticipated American sci-fi thriller web series is all set to grace our home screens. The action-packed show revolves around two elite agents Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka) of the global spy agency Citadel. Sharing details about the show, Priyanka earlier said, "The story is closely interwoven with the stunts. What's so exciting about these huge action pieces was that they are infused with drama and storytelling." Taking into account the Indian fanbase of the same, the series will be up for streaming from April 28 in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
