Hitesh Bhojraj who made his debut in the
Bobby Deol starrer Class of 83, portraying inspector
Vishnu Varde
had garnered accolades, will be seen in MX Player's anticipated show
Ek Thi Begum
season 2 releasing on 30th September.
Hitesh will be seen playing a
Gangster
in the show. Speaking about his character he said, "Ashwin Surve is an Alpha Male, upcoming gangster who is whimsical, unpredictable, loves his friends, his community. You would want him on your side if there is a feud. He is loosely based on a real life Gangster”.
He also added, “For an actor it's a dream to be playing such different roles, a cop in my first and then a Gangster for my second venture, I was hooked to the story and was super excited about the character. They offered the part, I took it. That was it, that's how I bagged Ashwin Surve in Ek Thi Begum 2."

boom he continues,"Yes there is a lot of work out there because of the boom of OTT platforms, but volume doesn't necessarily mean good quality of work, also post
Covid
things have changed, Theatrical releases have gone down in numbers forcing all the A listers to think of OTT as a viable option, now that changes the game completely."
