helmet

made a lot of people laugh.


The

viral video

shows a giant elephant examining a motorbike, fitting its trunk up in places and then eventually picking up the helmet and gobbling it up. The elephant then walks over on the road camly as someone can be heard saying, “Are mera helmet to gaya”(Oh no! My helmet seems gone).


Many in the comments section pointed out to the video that the giant animal is common sight in the market area of the city and seldom is treated with coconuts by onlookers. Many also wondered that swallowing a whole helmet may damage the internal organs of the elephant. But stopping a giant seemed quite an uneasy task!

According to a local news portal Prag News, the incident took place in Guwahati's Narengi Army Camp on Tuesday. The animal was reported to eventually spit out the helmet on the roads after walking a few steps.
