Stress and anxiety have become a common problem because of a fast-paced life. They have now become part of our fast-paced life.

Anxiety is nothing but a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. Sometimes, our mind is overwhelmed with stress and still we fail to recognize that our mental health is deteriorating. Most people experience anxiety on occasion.

It is important to understand that while everybody feels anxious from time to time, when feelings of anxiety start to interfere with your daily life, it rather becomes a matter of serious concern.

However, most desi parents just don’t seem to understand the gravity of their children’s anxiety and just seem to downplay it by coming up with weird and irrelevant suggestions and not taking them to a therapist. As per desi parents any problem can be solved, be it a terminal illness, by waking up early in the morning.
