Here is yet another ode to Bengaluru’s traffic woes!
A video of a bride in India’s silicon valley has gone viral on social media. In a ‘peak Bengaluru’ moment, she ditched her car on the road after she got stuck in the city’s infamous traffic and hopped onto a metro to reach her wedding hall on time.
A video of the bride entering the station with her friends and family, hitching a ride on the metro was shared on a Twitter page called ‘Forever Bengaluru’.
“Whatte STAR!! Stuck in Heavy Traffic, Smart Bengaluru Bride ditches her Car, & takes Metro to reach Wedding Hall just before her marriage muhoortha time!! (sic),” the tweet read.
Dressed in the traditional wedding saree, laden with gorgeous makeup and decked with jewelry, the bride, grinning widely, finally arrived at the venue on time.
