Despite the staff trying to shoo it away, the monkey sits in the chair, all comfortable and relaxed. He even gets inside the plastic covering of the chair and tries to rip it off.

Later in the clip, the monkey runs away when a female staff member gets close to it. An entire troop of monkeys had entered the government school, but this particular monkey headed directly to the principal’s office.
