Chhattisgarh chief minister meets boy from viral ‘Bachpan ka pyaar’ video

The video of a boy from Chhattisgarh singing ‘Bachpan ka pyaar’ took the internet by storm and garnered millions and millions of views.

The video became such a massive hit, that Chhattisgarh chief minister Bhupesh Baghel congratulated the boy for his success over his video, in person.

, can be seen in his school singing the song in front of his teacher.

The video has amassed 13.6 million views and over 1.1 million likes. This also turned into a massive trend on social media, with many videos with the boy’s singing gaining thousands to millions of views. The trend has seen participation from influencers, celebrities, and even police departments.

In a clip posted by Bhupesh Baghel on Twitter, Sachdev can be seen standing with the former and his aides, with a garland around his neck. At their request, Sachdev once again sings the song that brought him all the fame.


The post was captioned, “Bachpan ka pyaar….wah (wow).” The video posted by Baghel has 5,20,300 views and over 52,500 likes.

Baghel had also reacted to Sachdev’s video in an earlier post in which he said, “Sahadeva is getting so much love from Chhattisgarh and the whole country in his childhood. I wish this child a bright future.”


The video of Sachdev singing is being loved by the internet. Other than netizens, rapper Badshah, too, reacted to it by uploading a remix of Sachdev’s song. The Mumbai Police too joined in on the fun and posted about it.
