Bihar deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav said the people of the country are asking or a caste based survey. He said that the census should have been done by the government. He also denied any allegations about there being an tampering with the caster survey data. The Bihar government released caste survey data showing that the Other Backward Class (OBC) and Extremely Backward Class (EBC) together account for 63 per cent of the state's population.
