Indian yoga enthusiasts have set world record in Dhanurasana, the bow pose. The Akshar Yoga research centre in Bengaluru has entered the Guinness Book of World Records. The event guided by Himalayan Sidhha Akshar saw a massive participation of 285 yoga followers. Dhanurasana has several benefits for the human body. Watch this video to know more.
