Tovino Thomas’ ‘Minnal Murali’ finds a home in the comic books!

It’s official! The Malayali superhero ‘Minnal Murali’ created by director Basil Joseph, featuring Tovino Thomas has found its way to comic books. The makers of ‘Minnal Murali’ confirmed the same via their social media handle. The production house, which backed ‘Minnal Murali’ announced that they are associating with Amar Chitra Katha, Tinkle Comics Studio, and Spirit Media for immortalising the superhero into comics. The superhero Minnal Murali will appear on the Indian comic magazine Tinkle! Sophia Paul, the producer of the film ‘Minnal Murali’ announced the news via her social media handle. “The next phase begins here! @weekendblockbusters is proud to announce that we are associating with @amarchitrakatha @tinklecomicsstudio @thespiritmedia to bring our favourite superhero MINNAL MURALI to the world of comic books. Directed by Basil Joseph, ‘Minnal Murali’ had a direct-to-digital release in 2021.
