Ravi Kishan to raise matter of 'vulgarity' in Bhojpuri songs, says he will request for the formation of a censor board in Parliament

Actor turned politician, Ravi Kishan, while addressing a press conference recently said that he will be addressing the issue of 'vulgarity' in Bhojpuri songs in Parliament. The actor further added that some people are trying to tarnish the image of the Bhojpuri language by adding vulgarity in the songs. Furthermore, he added that he will demand strict action against it and will also urge Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to set up a censor board in Uttar Pradesh specifically for the Bhojpuri language. Elaborating more about the Bhojpuri language, Ravi added that it's 1000 years old and is spoken by almost 25 crore people.
