Rajkummar Rao buys Janhvi Kapoor's luxury triplex apartment in Juhu for a whopping Rs 44 crore

After Arjun Kapoor, actress Janhvi Kapoor sold her luxury triplex apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu, which she purchased for Rs 39 Crore in December 2020. Interestingly, the flat has been bought by her 'Roohi' co-star Rajkummar Rao and his wife Patralekha for a whopping Rs 44 Crore. According to reports, the apartment spread over 3,456 sq ft at nearly Rs 1.27 lakh per sq ft makes it among the country’s most expensive residential deals ever. Reports also suggest that the couple paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.19 crore, a big jump from two years ago when Janhvi Kapoor paid a stamp duty of Rs. 78 lakh.
