After reports surfaced stating that producer-director Vipul Shah and his business partner were duped of Rs 5 crore, Shah now clears the air about the same. He has reportedly denied any such claims, calling it completely 'baseless' and 'untrue'. He said that he was extremely surprised to read such news about his state of affairs. Meanwhile, according to unconfirmed reports, it seems the person who was duped happens to have the same name as the producer-director.
