A play titled Tum was recently staged at the Thrust Auditorium of Bharatendu Natya Akademi showcasing the relationship between a father and a daughter. The drama was about Pooja who, in search of her real father finally finds him after a lot of struggle. Brahmanand Vashishth, the father was played by veteran theatre and film actor Dr Anil Rastogi. However, the story takes a surprise turn when Pooja conceals her identity and decides to become friends with her father. Later, Brahmanand also realizes that she is his daughter and together they begin a new journey.
The play was written and directed by Hemendra Kumar Bhatia, an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune.
