TV's Marathi Mulgis slay in saris, have a look

Be it Gudhi Padwa or Diwali, sari is the first pick for festive dressing by most of our female stars. Marathi television actresses love to reinvent the sari. Some experiment with the form, jewellery and fabric, while others introduce new blouse styles to match the six yards or the typical Maharashtrian nine yards.

Tejashri Pradhan, one of the well-known actresses in Marathi television, is a fashionista for the Maharashtrian women. Her three layered mangalsutra set trend in the past. Recently she shared her picture on social media, wherein she can be seen wearing a sari with a feta on the head. This was shot during Gudhi Padwa Special episode of Sur Nava Dhyas Nava.

Phulpakharu actress Hruta Durgule shared her love for sari through an Instagram post during Gudhi Padwa, in which she looks very pretty in a light blue cotton sari.
