Deepthi after a series of cryptic posts, announced her break up with Shanmukh on January 1 this year. She took to her Instagram handle to share a lengthy note where she revealed that their 5-year-long relationship has also been 'very tough' to deal with their 'own demons'. She added that it has been going on for a 'really long time' and wanted it to last like many of their admirers. Deepthi also chose to talk about it in one of her subsequent Instagram LIVE interactions with fans. Ever since, she has been setting self-love goals. Her Kerala tour with friends and the love she received for her recent video song have also helped her heal.
