Sembaruthi to Anbudan Kushi: Popular TV shows to spice up viewers' entertainment quotient with fresh episodes soon

Shootings of Tamil television shows have resumed following the norms set by the Tamil Nadu government. The fresh episodes of popular shows are set to air from July 27. From Sembaruthi to Anbudan Kushi, let’s have a look at the shows that are set to entertain the audience with fresh episodes.

Anbudan Kushi features Prajin Padmanabhan (as Anbu), Meera Krishna (as Madhuri), Aarthi Ramkumar (as Maya), Taara (as Meenu), Sunitha (as Selvi), Sadhana (as Rajeswari), KL Mani (as Abu) and others. The latest development is, Reshma Venkatesh has replaced Mansi Joshi. She will be seen playing Kushi's role soon.

The show Chandralekha features Shwetha Bandekar (as Chandra Sanjay), Nagasri (as Lekha Sabarinathan), Arun Kumar Rajan (as Sabarinathan), Rishi Keshav (as Azhagesan), Sandhya Jagarlamudi (as Bhavani / Nurse Brindha), Meenakumari (as Meena Azhagesan) and others. N.Munaf Rahman aka Munna replaced Jai Dhanush who used to play Sanjay Parandhaman's role. Chandralekha is amongst the longest-running serials and already crossed 1650 episodes successfully. The show is being aired at 2.00 pm.

The show Pandian Stores features Stalin Muthu (as Sathyamoorthy Pandian-Moorthy), Sujitha Dhanush (as Dhanalakshmi Sathyamoorthy-Dhanam), Hema Rajkumar (as Meenakshi Jeevanandham-Meena), Venkat Renganathan (as Jeevanandham Pandian-Jeeva), VJ Chitra (as Mullai Kathirvelan), Kumaran Thangarajan (as Kathirvelan Pandian-Kathir), Saravana Vickram (as Kannan Pandian) and others. The show showcases the unity and bonding between four brothers.

Senthoora Poove stars Sreenithi (as Roja), Ranjith (as Durai Singam), Dharsha Gupta (as Aishwarya), Shree Durga Goutham (as Bagampriyal), “Murattu Pandian” Baboos (as Rajendren), Mercy Leyal (as Jayanthi) and others. This serial showcases the bonding between widower Duraisingam and Roja (played by actress Sreenithi). He marries Roja who is in her mid 20’s.

Neethane Enthan Ponvasantham (NEP) features Jai Akash (as Suryaprakash), Dr. Dharshana Ashokan (as Anu), David Solomon Raja (as Pankaj), Nivashini Divya (as Meera), Sonia (as Pushpa), Sairam (as Subramaniam aka Subbu), Rishi Mitha (as Ramya) and others. NEP deals with the story of a businessman falling in love with a middle-class girl in her 20’s. This is the Tamil remake of the Marathi show Tula Pahate Re.

Yaaradi Nee Mohini features Nakshathra (as Vennila), Shreekumar Ganesh (as Mutharasan), Lisha (as Ruthra), Chaitra Reddy (as Shwetha), Fathima Babu (as Neelambari), Sreenidhi Sudarshan (as Janani), Murali Krish (as Annamalai), Minnal Deepa (as Poongodhai Azhagappan), Arvind Khathare (as Dr.Azhagappan) and others. The show has completed three years of airing recently.

Sembaruthi stars Karthik Raj (as Aadhi / Aadithya Purushothaman), Shabana Shajahan (as Parvathi Aadithya), Priya Raman (as 'Aadhikadavur' Akhilandeshwari), Sanjay Kumar Asrani (as Purushothaman), Janani Ashok Kumar (as Aishwarya Arun), Narasimha Raju (as Sundaram), VJ Kathir (as Arun Purushothaman), Laxmi (as Vanaja) and others. It is one of the most-watched shows of Tamil television.

Roja features Priyanka Nalkari (as Roja), Sibbu Suryan (as Arjun Prathap), Gayathri Shastry (as Kalpana Prathap), Vadivukkarasi (as Annapoorani), Shamili Sukumar (as Priya), Sumathi Sri (as Sumathi) and many others. The recent news is that Kalyana Veedu fame Neha Gowda (as Nisha) and Bigg Boss Tamil 2 fame Yashika Anand are set to make an appearance on the show.

Nayagi is back with a new storyline and some major changes in the cast. Krishna and Nakshathra Nagesh replaced lead actors Dhilip Rayan and Vidya Pradeep in the show. Henceforth, Krishna shall be appearing as Ezhilan and Nakshathra will portray the role of Divya.

Naam Iruvar Namaku Iruvar (NINI) is getting relaunched as Naam Iruvar Namaku Iruvar season 2. From season 1, only Maayan's character will have a continuation. Actor Senthil Kumar will be seen playing the role. Rachitha Mahalakshmi will play the female lead role in this season.
