Bigg Boss Ultimate: From winning ‘Saguni of the house’ title to having an ugly spat with Balaji Murugadoss; a look at Suresh Chakravathy’s brief journey

Actor Suresh Chakravarthy walked out of the house, as the first contestant during this week's eviction process. In the previous season of Bigg Boss Tamil, he was known for his excellent cooking skills. Suresh made headlines quite a few times. He was considered as one of the strongest contenders of Bigg Boss Ultimate.

Here’s a look into his brief journey in the BB house.

While entering the Bigg Boss Ultimate show on the grand launch, Suresh Chakravarthy was seen wearing a chef’s hat. He also carried a bowl of ‘Siruthaniya upma’, an upma made with cereals. Since it was Kamal’s favorite, he brought it as a kind gesture.

In return, Kamal gifted a jar of salt to Suresh. Kamal also advised Suresh Chakravarthy to use salt according to need.

Suresh Chakravarthy had a love-hate relationship with Balaji Murugadoss inside the house. During the press conference task, while Thadi Balaji was being questioned, Suresh Chakravarthy made a sarcastic remark about the reporter's team. Irked by his comment, Balaji Murugadoss confronted Suresh, which led to an ugly spat.

After Thamaraiselvi came out of Bigg Boss Tamil 5, Suresh Chakravarthy invited Thamaraiselvi and her husband to his home and gifted them dresses and blessed them. Their friendship remained the same, even inside the house. Even while Suresh was walking out of the house, he was seen telling Thamarai to take good care of Vanitha. He acted as the centre of attraction in this friendship trio.

In a title awarding task, housemates gave Suresh Chakravathy the title of "Who is the Saguni of the house" with an overwhelming mandate. Out of 14 housemates, 10 housemates chose Suresh as the Saguni of the house. At the award ceremony, he stated that he is 'honoured' to have received this title and that Saguni was the best dramatic character in Mahabharatham.

Though Suresh survived only one week in the house, he was the newsmaker often. His eviction came as a surprise to the audience. In fact, he was selected as the captain of the house for the following week, but he was eliminated even before exercising it. While leaving the house, he passed his captaincy to Snehan.

In the post-eviction discussion, he was asked to give Bigg Boss cash and a bomb to any of the housemates. He gifted both to Thamaraiselvi.
