Bigg Boss Ultimate contestant Snehan: From being called out for hugging female contestant to meeting his father after 18 years during a task, know all about the past

The Bigg Boss Ultimate makers are gearing up for a grand launch on Sunday (January 30). In this new OTT show, it has been confirmed that Bigg Boss Tamil 1 fame lyricist Snehan, will be entering the house as the first contestant. He has already participated as a contestant in season 1, ending up as the 1st runner-up.

Snehan entered the house as the 7th contestant of the season. But he was elected as the first ever captain of the house. On the 1st day of the show, he was elected as the captain of the week by the housemates. Though Snehan and Ganesh got the same number of votes, in the end, Snehan was elected as the captain of the house.

Snehan's journey took an interesting turn as he got an opportunity to meet his father after 18 years in the Freeze task. It turned out to be an emotional moment for all the contestants in the house. Snehan had previously revealed on the show that he never went back to his hometown once he came to Chennai to get into the film industry.

Fans will definitely remember the balloon task and the fierce clash between Suja and Snehan. The game was going on well until Snehan and Suja entered into a verbal confrontation. Suja accused Snehan of his inappropriate behaviour and held him guilty of misconduct while playing the task.

Though they had fought furiously inside the house, recently at Snehan’s wedding, Suja came with her whole family and was seen hugging him on the stage.

Snehan hugging female contestants led to a heated debate. For which the lyricist replied, "Amidst so many talks, people reported that I went inside the Bigg Boss house just to hug women. Do you guys know that to touch a woman, you need to gain her trust? Only then will they come closer. Beyond all that, they trusted me. You can not touch a woman easily. We only hugged them to express our affection. It was the same kind of embracement that happens between a mother and a child."

Snehan was the first ever contestant in the history of Bigg Boss Tamil to win ‘ticket to the finale’ and enter the finale directly. In the gruelling task of winning the ticket to the finale, Snehan and Suja were the two people who struggled in the car for more than 22 hours. Though the fight was intense, Snehan won the ticket and stepped into the finale.
