​Bigg Boss Tamil: Azeem to Vanitha Vijayakumar: Look at the most controversial contestants of the reality TV series​

Bigg Boss Tamil has established itself as one of the most controversial and popular television reality shows. Hosted by Kamal Hassan, the show is set to have its new season. Ahead of the same, here is a list of some of the most controversial contestants in the history of Bigg Boss Tamil.

In the ‘BB Ranking’ task for the contestants to rank themselves between 1 and 10. During the task, a fight broke out between ADK and Shivin Ganesan for the fifth position. Following their squabble, Azeem and Vikraman engaged in a heated argument over attaining the first position and also Azeem using abusive words. During the weekend episode, host Kamal Haasan warned Azeem about his behavior.

Aishwarya Dutta had caused a ruckus inside the house during Hitler's role play in the house. She also chucked rubbish on her co-contestant Thaadi Balaji during a heated argument. Aishwarya passed on a racist remark on her co-contestant Riythvika calling her "Chennai dog".

Saravanan, a popular actor of the 1990’s was a controversial contestant ever since his entry to the house. Saravanan made a shocking confession in one of the weekend episodes of the show. He disclosed that he had the habit of molesting women in crowded buses. This created a national level uproar and was eventually evicted from the show for his acts and comments on women.

Needless to say, the Bigg Boss show makes or breaks the image of the contestants. One such contestant, who faced an adverse image makeover is Juliana. She entered the house with the popularity she had already gained for raising slogans during the Jallikattu protest. Later, she was reportedly caught doctoring the statements and fabricating the truth.

The model-turned-actress Meera has become very popular after her participation in Bigg Boss Tamil season 3. Outside of the Bigg Boss house, Meera was mired in many controversies. A case of cheating was filed against her when she was in the house. The Madras High Court granted anticipatory bail to Meera later. Meera had also indulged in quite some arguments with her co-contestants during her stay inside the Bigg Boss house.

Madhumitha is known for playing comical roles in Tamil films like Oru Kal Oru Kannadi, Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Dikkilona, and Viswasam, among others. She was one among the controversial contestants. She was seen criticizing other contestants on the basis of Tamil language and culture.

Actor Thaadi Balaji and his wife Nithya had some issues and the couple was living separately. Interestingly, both of them entered as contestants in the reality show Bigg Boss Tamil. The show served as an opportunity for the couple to patch up but they were often seen getting into serious arguments inside the house.

Vanitha Vijayakumar is definitely one of the most controversial contestants of the reality show. She was reportedly the reason behind the maximum number of fights inside the house. Based on the complaint filed by her ex-husband under charges of kidnapping her daughter, cops visited the Bigg Boss house premises to conduct an enquiry with Vanitha.
