From Mumbai to Amravati: Prajakta Mali shows her adventurous side during Maharashtra tour

‘Maharashtrachi Hasya Jatra’ fame Prajakta Mali is a travel enthusiast and doesn’t miss a chance to visit different places. Recently, Prajakta announced on her social media handle that she will be exploring the corners of Maharashtra. The actress is still not back to the bay and experiencing her dream trip. She started from Mumbai, then Pune, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Nagpur and today (11/03/2020) she is in Amravati. The actress is on her adventurous ride and yet to visit a few more places of the state, till then, take a look at her Mumbai to Amravati journey. (PC - Instagram)

The actress is a true Mumbaikar, thus she started her trip with her hometown. Prajakta started exploring the heart of Mumbai city, Dharavi. The actress posted her picture on Instagram from the Dharavi slum area and captioned it as “Started my journey to explore Maharashtra. Will be roaming In & Around Maharashtra almost for a month!!! Started with the capital city i.e. Aamchi Mumbai; that too from Dharavi Basti. A melting pot of communities, culture, talent, industries and so on...wanted to come here for so long. Prajakta loves Pune as she chose the city as her second destination. Prajakta can be seen enjoying at the heart of the city, Lonavala. She went into the jungles of Lonavla for camping and posted her picture while enjoying the sunset. She posted, “A true traveler.Lonavala.you have so much to offer.loved this day”. (PC - Instagram)

Ratnagiri is famous for water games and typical Kokani food, thus, Prajakta took advantage of that and experienced Scuba diving and tasted Kokani food too. She posted her pictures after scuba diving and wrote, “Clicked just after my first ever scuba diving experience. Did it in my very own Maharashtra(Ratnagiri) Earth comprises of 71% water! I believe we should once in our lives explore the water life as well which is vast, mesmerizing, colorful and meditative�� 71% amount of life should not be left unexplored” (PC -Instagram)

Prajakta went to Kolhapur and got excited after meeting one of the oldest wrestling (Kusti) group. Apart from this, Prajakta also experienced traditional Kolhapuri Jewellery and posted her pictures. (PC -Instagram)

Next, Prajakta visited Nagpur and met the pride of the city and the world's smallest woman and Guinness book record holder Jyoti Amge. She posted pictures with her and captioned the picture as “It feels amazing to have met the Pataka of Nagpur. Jyoti Amge, the smallest woman in the world. She holds a record in the Guinness book for over 10 years now. 24 inches, 27 years, 15 countries.”. Prajakta also visited one of the famous lakes of Nagpur, Futala. (PC -Instagram)

Amravati is known for the famous Ekvira temple which is 5000 years old. Prajakta couldn’t resist herself from posting the picture of the temple. She also shared a small history of the temple on her social media and captioned as “The temple is 5000 years old. Besides this, there is a Rukmini temple. Yes.
