About comeback after car accident

Talking about her comeback after a major accident, she said, "I think it's a new journey for me. My new life has begun and I feel like taking birth again. I never imagined that I would be able to get up from bed, walk and work. I was bedridden and it was the toughest phase of my life. I could not even do daily chores. Doctors have not even allowed me to put my legs down. There was an injury on the left side of the leg and my spinal cord. I am happy that I could be back from such pain."

About road to recovery

Speaking about her recovery after the injury, she said, "I have not completely recovered yet but yes you can say I’m almost there. My spine operation was successful. I sometimes do feel pain when I am walking but there is nothing apart from that. I can happily shoot and work on the set of the show and that's my biggest achievement."

5/6

‘Doctors' guidance, medicines, and physiotherapy helped’

I am really blessed that I got one of the best team of doctors. I do take medicines on time and follow all my exercises. Nowadays, due to the shooting schedule, my physiotherapies are not happening on time but usually I do follow everything properly. I am really thankful to everyone who put in a lot of effort to make me stand and walk.

On the life lessons learnt

I was bedridden for a long time after the accident. The accident happened unexpectedly in just seconds. I never knew something would happen to me like this. I learned a lesson that day. I just want to tell everyone to leave all their grudges behind. We always think a lot about people's behavior and how people treat us or family issues and more. But I think there is no point in thinking about it anymore. Anything can happen to you at any time. So forget about who said what, just enjoy your time and happily live your life.
