Bigg Boss Marathi 3: Ahead of the show's premiere, a look at the major controversies which made headlines in previous two seasons

Bigg Boss Marathi is one of the most-watched Marathi television reality shows of all time. The previous seasons of BB Marathi were quite successful as they were full of controversies, arrests, and fights. Bigg Boss Marathi 3 is all set to launch soon, and ahead of its launch, look back at the major controversies of seasons 1 and 2, which made headlines.

Bigg Boss Rajesh Shringarpure and Resham Tipnis were some of the contestants who hogged the limelight with their relationship. Their closeness led to gossip in the house. Their relationship also created a controversy when Rajesh faced the camera and confessed to his wife that he loves Resham. He even told Resham in the show that his wife would understand his behaviour.

Bigg Boss Marathi season 1 had various tasks. In one of the tasks, Sai and Megha had to do everything to get up contestant Jui Gadkari from the chair. Megha and Sai started throwing garbage on her to get her up, and Rajesh and Resham warned them not to do so. Later, Rajesh, and Resham had an ugly spat with Megha and Sai during the task, and they fought hard. Later, Bigg Boss had to cancel the entire task.

During the 'Save Water' task, contestant Rutuja Dharmadhikari fell on her back, and her back and hand got seriously injured. Due to the unbearable pain, Rutuja had to leave the show to take proper treatment.

In the season of Bigg Boss Marathi 2, Shivani Surve created many controversies. Later, Shivani started feeling uncomfortable in the house and requested Bigg Boss to allow her to leave the show. Shivani would come to the camera every day and request Bigg Boss to let her go. Host Mahesh Manjrekar called Shivani a cry baby and asked her to leave the show immediately. Mahesh's unexpected decision shocked everyone. Later, Heena Panchal entered the house and replaced Shivani.

Celebrity chef Parag Kanhere, one of the strong contestants of Bigg Boss Marathi 2, was ousted from the show for getting involved in physical violence during a task with Neha Shitole. He had hit Neha Shitole during the task, and thus, the makers asked him to leave the show.

Bigg Boss Marathi 2 contestant Abhijeet Bichukale was arrested from the house. Police picked up Bichukale from the sets of BB in Goregaon Filmcity, Mumbai. Many cheque bouncing cases have been filed against Abhijeet Bichukale. Bichukale later re-entered the show. (PC - Instagram)
