​Financial struggles in the family​


During the task, Jinto revealed the hardships he faced in his early life, which began with financial struggles within his family. The personal trainer shared that his father worked as a daily wage laborer, while his mother engaged in beedi making to make ends meet. However, as their income fell short of the family's needs, Jinto took matters into his own hands. At the age of sixth standard, he began selling berries and peanuts to contribute to the family's financial stability.

​'I used to pray for people to throw up'​


Jinto revealed that during his ninth standard, he took on a job as a cleaner at a bar. Reflecting on his experience, he recalled earning Rs 10 for cleaning up vomit. "I used to hope for ten people to vomit so I could earn Rs 100. I kept this to myself, but when my mother found out, she was deeply upset," he recounted.

​'My wife said, she might have changed if I had ever laid a hand on her'​



Opening up about his marital life, Jinto shared that he is a divorcee.
"I spent ten years living with my wife, followed by five years living apart. After our divorce, my wife said, 'I might have changed for the better if you had ever laid a hand on me.' I have never harmed a woman, and I never will," he asserted.

​'My mother will be sad'​


Following the nomination task, observers noticed Jinto was visibly distressed. However, during the task, he clarified that his distress didn't stem from facing potential eviction but rather from concern for his mother. "My mother is suffering from a lung condition. Despite spending a significant amount every month on her treatment, doctors have conveyed that there's limited hope. Knowing she'll be watching me on TV and feeling upset that I'm on the eviction list adds to my distress," he revealed.
