Vanambadi climax
'Vanambadi', one of the much-loved shows of Malayalam TV, got concluded last year. The three-year-long serial got concluded with an unexpected climax where Mohan, Thamburu and Anumol wait for Padmini's return.

The second season of Bigg Boss Malayalam got terminated due to COVID-19 spread. On the 75th day of the show, host Mohanlal entered the show and declared the same to the housemates.

Sabarinath's demise
Malayalam TV actor and producer Sabari Nath passed away due to cardiac arrest in September. The actor shot to fame with his characters in the shows, 'Minnukettu', 'Nilavilakku', 'Swami Ayyappan' and 'Seetha'. After a sabbatical, Sabari made his acting comeback with the new show, 'Padatha Painkili'. From Sabari's BFF Sajan Surya to Naveen Arakkal, who replaced him in 'Padatha Painkili', the industry is still mourning the loss.

Top Singer
Popular kids' reality show 'Top Singer' got concluded after declaring young singer Seethalakshmi as the winner. Along with the title winner trophy, the singer was also awarded a house worth Rs 50 lakh.
