Ente Amma Supera to Anuraga Ganam Pole: New shows to watch on Malayalam TV

The month of April seems to be quite eventful for Malayalam TV. The ongoing month has seen the launches of many new shows and some are in pipeline too. From family dramas to reality shows, here is a look at the recently launched shows on Malayalam TV

The second season of the popular show, 'Parayam Nedam' also had its launch recently. This time the MG Sreekumar-hosted show features Ganamela artists as contestants.

The newly launched show, 'Balanum Ramayum' is also successfully running with an interesting storyline. The show which showcases the love between two middle-aged people in the backdrop of Vaikkom village, has Sarath Das and Sasikala playing the lead roles.

The reality show, 'Super Ammayum Makalum' also had its launch recently. The show has 12 mother-and-daughter duos as contestants. From giving them tasks, and testing their compatibility to showcasing their talents, the show is expected to be a treat for the viewers. TV host-actress, Swasika Vijay is seen as the anchor and mentor of the show. Actress Shweta Menon is the judge.

Comedy Masters is back with its new version. The show, featuring aspiring comedy artists, will be hosted by Alina Padikkal. Guinness Pakru and Nadirsha are the judges of the show.

The new show 'Anandaragam', portrays the inspiring life story of a young girl who fights all odds to pursue education and fulfill the dreams of her parent. Telugu actress Shirin Sree, Tamil actor Thalaivasal Vijay and debutant Arjun play the lead roles in the show.

'Anuraga Ganam Pole' portrays the romance between two middle-aged people. Kavitha Nair and Prince are seen playing the lead characters in the KK Rajeev directorial.

The new show, 'Ente Amma Supera' had a gala launch recently. The show aims to showcase the best mother by challenging their motherhood with some interesting challenges. The Gayathri Arun hosted show features actors, Meena, Poornima Indrajith, Vinaya Prasad, and screenwriter Benny P Nayarambhalam as judges.
