​36 weeks of struggle

Rahul and Brunda managed to steal the limelight in the show ever since the dance reality show premiered. They had left the audience and the judges spellbound by their amazing performances. The Dasara heritage, shaking their legs to the LIVE music on the DKD stage to the Aghori act are some of the best performances of the winning duo.

​7 finalists

Amidst the seven finalists, Rahul and Brunda emerged as the ultimate winners of Dance Karnataka Dance. Although the seven finalists were at their competitive best, Rahul and Brinda were stood out with their power pack performance.

The duo performed to the evergreen song 'Jai Ho' from the movie Slumdog Millionaire. They showcased the national integration with their dance performance by highlighting the national bird peacock, national animal tiger, and many more...

​Proud to be an Indian: Vijay Raghavendra

Having witnessed a spectacular performance by Rahul and Brinda, judge Vijay Raghavendra mentioned that he got goosebumps upon seeing the entire act. He also mentioned that he is proud to be an Indian. On the whole, Vijay summed up the act as a beautiful one.

"Rahul and Brunda have always been the deserving candidates of Dance Karnataka Dance. Both of them created magic with their dance performances on this stage," (sic) said Rakshitha.

​It was a grandeur performance: Arjun Janya

Impressed by their act, judge Arjun Janya gave Rahul and Brunda a standing ovation. He also spoke about the rhythm used in the song and complimented Brunda's expressions. Janya in short mentioned, "It was a grandeur performance," (sic)

​It was an unbelievable act: Chinni Master

Chinni Master mentioned that the entire act of Rahul and Brunda was up to the next level. He stated that it was an unbelievable act with powerpack stunts as well. From the makeup to the concept and the props, Chinni Master hailed the entire team.

​Rewards

During the finale, judge Chinni Master announced Rahul and Brunda as the winners. Rahul and Brunda lived up to the winning moment. The winners have been rewarded with a ready-to-move-in flat in Bengaluru and a prize amount of Rs five lakhs. Both the individuals have won themselves a flat and prize amount.

​Runner-up

While Rahul and Brunda emerged as the winner, Vikram and Shefali became the second runner-up. Vikram and Shefali have been rewarded with a cash prize of Rs ten lakhs each.
